Nice product. I have sensitive skin and this doesn’t bother my skin at all. Highly recommend. I’ve saved a lot of money using this rather than going to a professional. Takes a few times to understand how to work with product but once that happens it works great!

I have been using this brand of wax melter for years. This is my third one from GiGi. None of them have broken, I just moved and forgot to take mine with me. I will keep buying this brand as long as I need new wax melters. The starter kit has everything you need to WAX at home.

Be aware that this is not wax per se, it is honey. It never really becomes a hard solid. Unless you know what you're doing, its a mess. And my lip is on fire. My fault, totally. It did a great job removing the hair though.

Do not get this product does not work

Wish I could give zero stars.. I’ve used the brand plenty of times and I’m going to go back to my usual honey purchase.This purple wax is so hard to strip and so hard for the residues to come off.The wax will stay on your skin, and so it will majority of your hair.Oh and also it looks like the jar was already used when I opened it…..

very hard to clean up and messy. I had to practically take a bath in olive oil to get the residue off. First time using this was not fun. Decided to give it a second try after figuring out oils will remove the residue and it was more doable. There's definitely a learning curve to using this stuff. To use the product cleanly and neatly will take some practice.
