Does the jar arrive with any form of sealing or tamper proofing? The last jar of ghee I ordered from Amazon arrived with its lid off.

The jar is filled just before it is cooled and this creates slight vacuum and seals. The cap is tightly applied to prevent any spills and when first opened will pop sound. Once opened can be refrigerated or stored at room temperature.

Is it made from curds?I mean the bilona method?
