I want to make sure I have this documented with a picture so that I won’t get charged when I return this rental.

Received a this rental book that was missing first page and was dirty. Sent it back after rental in the same condition it was received. Then it was returned with no notice and I was charged full price and the rental cost. With no notice!

My book came damaged. Then when I took off the plastic wrap the entire cover fell off. For the money they should at least use decent glue for the binding.
