I would strongly recommend sizing up at least one size from what the package suggests - possibly even two sizes if you're at the higher end of the weight range. The tight fit didn't compromise the protection, thankfully, but it did make them less comfortable than they could have been, especially around the leg openings where they tended to dig in slightly. This is particularly notable for postpartum use when comfort is a major priority. Despite the sizing issue, I would still recommend these underwear to new moms or anyone dealing with incontinence. Just be aware of the sizing discrepancy and order accordingly. They truly were essential for my recovery, providing reliable protection when I needed it most, allowing me to focus on my new baby rather than worrying about leaks or frequent changes.

This is a vital part of my life. ALWAYS is the best brand for several reasons. The fit around your legs is very comfortable. Other companies like Depends, cut into legs, and you end up putting soft tissues between your leg and the panty. The other area where these are more comfortable is the padding inside. It hold liquid without and leakage, I found Depends feel like they are falling apart or material inside is disintegrating. Finally, they meet the goal of feeling discreet, no odd lumps. I ALWAYS feel like a lady.
