They do run small. I usually wear a small and ordered a large. It fits well. Plenty long, love the removable pads, clips are sturdy but undo easily. Great nursing tank!

I like the color, the support, the coverage, but the funky odor and the back fat - no thanks.

The fit is a bit snug at the top where the band is, but otherwise the fit is good. I got a large (U.S. M) and I wear s/m tops, 36b. It is plenty long & not as tight in the torso. I like the shape & coverage of the cups and can actually wear this under shirts and it looks fine unlike other tanks with less structure. I've ordered 2 colors at this point & might get another.

Price is right and was long enough but padding turns every time you open to feed so then you are attempting to fix it. You can remove the padding but it is helpful for coverage. Also the material traps heat so shirt plus tank top plus nursing cover plus warm baby equals sweating!

I wear a US size small, bra size 32DD, and this size L tank fits me fine. It's comfortable and provides decent support for a pajama top or just wearing around the house. Reviewers complaining that it's too small just didn't read the description or other reviews closely enough.My two complaints are that the bottom rolls up, especially when I wear it as a pajama top, and after only two or so months of wearing it, the fabric is already really starting to pill. Especially because of the second point, I won't be buying any more of these.EDIT: I got an email from the seller (see below) trying to bribe me to take down this review. Unbelievable! I bought this tank top after ordering a Bravado that gave me an obscene amount of cleavage. I am 32 weeks pregnant and currently where a 34DD/E bra. I was previously a 32C/D. This tank give great coverage, unhooks easily and very comfortable on the my skin (which is very sensitive this pregnancy). It comes past most of my maternity shirts in length and completely covers my bump. I am very short (5'1) so it would work well for taller women. Definitely longer than the Bravado tank tops. I would not wear this tank top alone however it is perfect for under t-shirts and sweaters and as a "house" shirt. I ordered a LARGE (US M). My only concern is when my rib cage returns to normal and I am a 32 again. This will not offer as much support for a 32 chest.

Small for a large but it has a nice stretch to it. However the quality is very poor. The plastic clip broke after wearing the top twice.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars is bc of the sizing. It's Asian sizing so I ordered a large and it fits more like a small/medium. It worked for me though because I wear these under my tops and with the snug fit it feels like a tummy control top. I'm 5'4 and right after baby I was 160 pounds. If I was much bigger than that a size large wouldn't have fit at all. Now that I'm down to 145 they're more "fitted " instead of "holy crap this is skin tight ". But out of all the nursing tanks I bought these are the only ones I wear. Bought in black also.
