I had such a hard time finding this in my local Asian market. Most places are sold out. Usually only $3-$4 dollars. But I desperately needed it for a party and caved in spending $12. This is a great tool for blossoming water spinach and green onion stems. I used it to make goi rau muong. Don’t believe the negative reviews. They probably didn’t know how to use it. So if it’s your first time using this, make sure to keep your hands dry when pushing the stems through. I wear gloves and use a paper towel or rag. Hence the name “water” spinach. The vegetable will only be able to pass through when dry.

Every one of these arrived rusted and corroded. Putting any food through this is immediately compromised for safety. Waiting 6 weeks for these to finally arrive and be complete unusable is an obscene waste of time in anticipation and planning.

When opening package, the metal part inside was rusted and don't feel safe to string through my morning glory

Bent upon arrival, cheap wire and cheaper blades. No value at all. Waste of money. Blade sheild area thinner then a water bottle cap and plastic.

I tried to shred scallion with this and the scallion just got stuck on the blades.

DOES NOT WORK!!!! Don't believe the other reviews that says it does.

Local stores sell it cheaper but this one is very sturdy.
