A good night sleep is SO important to your health!
Works for me! I take two tablets every night about an hour or two prior to going to bed. Hey, it can't hurt to try - right? Also, Truvani is a "clean" option to try... if you are looking to add Magnesium to your supplementation schedule. Good luck, sleep sound!

I’ve had problems staying asleep not falling asleep and this helps me get a full nights sleep it’s amazing! Only thing that sucks is some of the pills break but definitely will buy again
