Hi 👋🏼 I would use the revolution blemish control before u moisture reason being a serum/ treatment works better on the skin being the first product then use a moisturiser then make up 😊 If skin is very oily then use just the revolution blemish serum/treatment then apply make up 😊

Can this be applied around the eyes?

I tap lil tiny bits all over my face, and just above cheek bones qnd round temples... i wouldnt put up against eye area tho, as its not aimed for eyes
