I know it says "motor", but does this product vibrate or specified for just different textures?

It’s motor for the therapy term of “movements and actions of the muscles” it is not motorized. They do make a motorized one they call vibrating. It’s made by a company that produces products for kids who either need help with oral motor or have sensory needs. Great for kids who need to chew to calm.
