Helpful for testosterone
This stuff has become one I don’t go without. Seems to really help with the overproduction of testosterone due to PCOS. I’m taking a lot of stuff to try to support my hormones, I’ve been off birth control for close to 6 years. I ended up pregnant after taking this with no “accidents” for 6 years. So 1. This obviously does something 2. Be careful if you aren’t “trying” (edit and update: I have had 2 miscarriages now, so I think this is helping me get pregnant but I think something is still going on where I can’t sustain the pregnancy. I’m doing the Dutch hormone test soon to do some more checks. My suspicion is I’m still not producing enough progesterone. We are being very cautious to not get pregnant again until I get some answers)

Love this product but Some pills are broken.
I absolutely Love this product for PCOS. Especially combined with the Dr. Brighton balance and adrenal support. There's been a game changer for me supporting my hormones and making my cycle regular.However, for the last 4 months or so, every bottle I get has a few broken pills. So not only am I shorted a day or two of the 30-day supplement, but it also makes all the other pills taste nasty since they're covered in the filmy powder. I would love for this to be addressed and fixed so I can go back to having zero complaints about the product.

Would not recommend
I had high hopes for this supplement, it has all the things one “should” take when trying to balance hormones & PCOS. But since I started taking it I have gotten terrible brain fog and fatigue. Amazon will not let me return it. I suggest purchasing the herbs/amino acids you’re looking for individually to see how they effect you. Also disappointing that Dr, Brighten goes the extra mile to package in a glass container but still uses supplement capsules with silicon in them.

Horrible gave me migraine
Medicine gave me a migraine in 2nd day. Tried to return and they will not return. Never again. Horrible and this was expensive.

Not sure. Been a month no change yet
Been a month no changes yet in hair or other symptoms. Holistic dr recommended so I will keep taking it and see.
