This gives me the little bit extra pump that I was looking for. I don't like to go heavy all the time. It increases the chances for injury. When it use PA I can go lighter and focus on the hold-and-squeeze. That gives me the tighter pump and mind to muscle feedback I like. I feel it must help make the contraction harder and that's why I get more soreness after the workout. I take 4-6 capsules (depending on what type of work I have planned) on a near empty stomach about 30 minutes before going to the gym. I know when it's kicking in because my working muscles get pumped by the second set. This stuff is definitely the real deal. I'm going to try to keep my cabinet stocked with it for sure.

Started supplementing as just an add on to current pre-workout and training, started noticing effects around week two. With Strength training ( evening ), noticed that I was eager to get to my next set on almost every switch, and healing time was extremely quick. Morning cardio I actually had to tone it down with this stuff due to simply catching stride within the first couple of minutes and just zoning out lol! Awesome product!

I've been lifting for 15+ years, and i've taken a lot of different supplements over the years. If you want to get bigger and stronger, you've got to eat and lift, and try to be as consistent as you can be in those 2 things. Nothing will replace that!! I've taken this for about 2 weeks, and I've notice some strength gains. I'm just coming off a cut, so i'm working my way back in to my off season. I'm liking it so far, and will keep up with it for another month and see what happens. I'd recommend giving it a try.

This did not work for me,had no effect on training,body composition...etc.....I figured I’d give it a try.I will not purchase again.Perhaps it worked for others.

This stuff works very well. The dosage is good if you are 150-180 lbs or so. Over 200 Ive had better results with 4 capsules (roughly 2g).

I took this during Ironman training and combined it with BCAA;s I am extremely happy with the results, I will definitely be buying this product again..
