Clearspring Organic Japanese Kuzu (Kudzu) - Gluten Free Starch Thickener

Great product although very expensive. It works very well thickening L-Reuteri coconut yoghurt.

Clearspring always delivers. Great quality. I used it to make kuzumochi and it worked great for that purpose. You can use it as a healthier alternative to starch to thicken sauces etc - this is made via traditional methods without all the chemical processing.

Can be used as a thickener or to help an upset stomach, and is gluten free.

If you can't eat wheat and crave a pancake this is for you. Mix with almond flour and it makes a delicious pancake with any topping you wish. It is a little pricey but there is no other alternative!

Using this as a detox in the am when I feel hungover, without having drunk anything. It is meant to be good for hangovers so I thought having some when I felt as if I had a hangover, would help me to feel better -and it does.

We use Kuzu to thick any sauce at home. We also like when we prepare with rice milk.. a lovely dessert. It is so healthy.. we alos use it to help with fever, headaches.. google it..
