This combination worked great. I couldn’t find a good option for zinc around the 10-20 mg that is recommended. I found this from Natures Bounty and it’s great. Not only does is it within that range but it also offers vitamin c. Since I started taking it, I have noticed my immune system start strengthen. I would highly recommend
