Easy to open/close and very comfortable
These chairs are easy to open/close and very comfortable to sit in. I am 5'4" and 150lbs, not tiny bit not huge either, just normal. I got these chairs to replace my old school bag chairs after sitting in my sister's flat bottom style bag chair - SOOOO much better than the old saggy bottom and slouchy back style. Totally worth the money if you're going to be spending a lot of time in one - like camping or at kids athletic games like I am. I did read the reviews and after having used them 3-4 times a week for a month I really haven't noticed any fraying or wear/tear. I am also treating them fairly nicely since at $42 each they aren't exactly cheap for my family. I try to take care of things that I want/need to last a long time. Anyway, the material is sturdy and comfortable to sit on in shorts or even a wet bikini (which is something to note as old style bag chairs really suck to have your skin on and some mesh fabrics are abrasive). They open and lock which I love because I'm constantly piling my stuff on the chair and dragging it all to another field or campsite so that it doesn't collapse while being carried is very nice feature - plus it is safer and more stable when kids are climbing all over them like they do. I really like that the arms are wide like old style bags so that your whole arm is comfortable. The two cup holders are big enough for a stainless thermal 12oz wine cup to fit which is great - any can, bottle or yeti type tumbler will fit too. There is a good size misc bag/pouch attached to the bottom of the seat on one side which is great as it kind of hides whatever you stuck in there out of plain sight - it fit my iPhone 8, 10oz tube of sunscreen and 5oz stick sunscreen with room for more. The bag is a sturdy canvas and the right size so it's easy to put over the collapsed chair - you wont feel like you are fighting the bag. The shoulder strap fits over the chair back so it wont get lost or blow away. I wanted the aqua/turquoise color but it wouldn't arrive on time so we got the royal blue which is nice and vivid. So far I am very happy with the chairs and definitely suggest them if you are looking to upgrade to the flat bottom bag style chair without spending $60+ per chair. I will continue to keep in mind that some have had wear/tear issues and endeavor to treat them nicely.

Four years of use and abuse and I still love them!
I have a ton of experience with these chairs. As a parent with two kids in competitive youth soccer, I constantly find myself sitting on the sidelines in one of these chairs at least a few times a week, every week for the past four years I’ve owned them. I wanted a chair that was more comfortable and higher quality than some of the standard camping chairs I’ve seen that end up placing a lot of pressure on the back of your legs. As soon as I sat down in this chair for the first time I knew it was a perfect fit for me. It is extremely comfortable, and I haven’t found another chair quite like it. Most of the other chairs you can purchase on the market need to be slipped into a case that can take time and be cumbersome. This chair has a strap directly on the chair (eliminating the need to slip it into the case) making it very easy to haul to and from games. The dual lock feature is also awesome, and prevents the chair from losing rigidity. The two cupholders, and storage pouch are great too.I have really used and abused these chairs and they held up very well for us. Eventually after roughly 4 years, the joints broke down. I am not disappointed, and more than got my fair use out of these. They’ve been tossed in trunks, thrown on the ground, buried under luggage, jumped on by the kids, and abused in so many ways.I finally ordered two replacement chairs identical to the ones that I had so that we can continue using these chairs. Even the two old ones with the broken joints are still usable, I just felt like it was time for new ones. If you were on the fence about getting this chair, just do it. You won’t regret it! At the time I purchased it a couple years back, the price was nearly 30% higher. And even at that price point I felt like it was worth it.

Super comfortable!
This is the MOST comfortable camping chair I have ever sat in. I am relatively tall at 5'9" and it fits me perfectly while providing really great support. It's sturdy yet so easy to open and close. I weigh about 150 lbs., but I imagine a larger person would also feel comfortable and supported. Only downside is it is not super lightweight, so I wouldn't want to carry it a long distance, but the carrying strap helps. Nevertheless, I am very, very happy with it! I also love the blue color!!

Very comfortable
chairs have a very sturdy frame. Has a cool locking mechanism so before you open and close it you have to push the locking mechanism kind of comes in handy so it just doesn't open up. Lastly they are way way more comfortable than your traditional smaller fold open and closed type of a chair let's say the kind you see at the grocery store that has like American flag print on it or you're all blue or red ones this is definitely an upgrade there's no metal bars under your legs that are being pushed into your back of your leg. I think most of these chairs are just kind of uncomfortable overall but if you need to sit while watching a game or something you probably want to use these chairs they're way more comfortable hopefully this helps somebody decide whether they want to purchase this or not I wish you luck

lasted one season with daily use
It is comfortable, nice size, and used daily. That being said, it is starting to tear way too soon. Not the strongest material. My husband weight 220LBS. I don't feel we have abused it.

Best folding chair I have ever owned
This is the best camp type chair that I have ever owned. I have bought several of them over the years. I even use them as backyard furniture. When opened fully the seat and the back are both flat. Every other camp chair I ha e sat in had a curved seat and no lower back support. This chair is easy to get in and out of and gives lots of support.

Awesome chairs
We had picked these up in a local store a couple years ago and loved them, so we ordered more on Amazon recently. They are a good price. The chairs are comfortable and sturdy. Even the carrying case is better made than most brands so it holds up well. We use them a lot for camping, track meets, swim meets, and in the yard at home. Even the cup holders are nice.
