Well designed with quality engineering
From opening the box it is obvious that this is a quality piece of engineering which has been carefully thought through. Sustainable and recyclable packaging and I love the way all the fixings are packaged and labelled separately - it oozes good design. The instructions were easy to follow and installation was very straightforward. This was being used to hold a 24 inch TV which was easy to hang by fixing the top 2 screws into the back of the TV which then drop into the bracket rather than relying of fiddly balancing whilst trying to match up the holes to the bracket.

Surprisingly good
I can't really fault these at the price. OK, the movement is not buttery smooth, but good enough for my purposes. There is ample movement in all directions including tilting and rotation, so you can use monitors in portrait mode if so desired.Because of the way the arms are hinged, they push quite flush against the wall - nice to give your desk a tidy look if monitors aren't being used.Very sturdy and easy to fit to a Benq BL monitor and an LG IPS 234. You only get 4 short bolts for the Vesa mount, but these were fine for my monitors. Depending on your monitors, you might need different bolts, spacers etc. These arms can be fitted to plasterboard walls (you really don't need to use the huge bolts that are supplied). I used Fischer Duotec fittings which are rated at 10s of KGs each, and they seem rock solid. Any kind of good quality heavy duty plasterboard fittings should be fine.Wish I'd bought these arms ages ago as they really declutter the desk and give lots of flexibility depending on how you want to work or play games.

Sturdy and solid, great Customer service
The product is great so far, and the customer service is friendly, helpful and responsive. My monitor has a recess that meant the plate could not connect directly. Apparently this is an issue that they've fixed with newer stock, but if you email them they'll send you some longer bolts and washers for free to correct the problem in older stock if you happen to get itThe instructions were well-written and easy to follow. The advice on walls with air gaps saved us some issues! Although we did need two sets of hands, we managed to get it done.Otherwise, the product itself is sturdy, it holds my 27in curved wide-screen monitor without any fuss, and there's no evidence of any wall issues or drooping in the few weeks that it's been in use, despite regularly adjusting for different desk usages.

Solid and reliable
I've been using this monitor arm for a while now, and even after upgrading to a substantial 32" Gigabyte monitor, I'm happy to say it remains as robust and adaptable as the day I got it. The arm's construction is solid, and it includes excellent cable management features that help maintain a tidy desk. Additionally, it liberates valuable desk space, eliminating the clutter that a typical monitor stand would create.

Easy Install - Well designed and built
I'm using this to mount a 27" Philips monitor to my office wall. It's so good, I've ordered another so that my primary monitor is coming off the desk too.Like all wall fixings, you do need to make sure you have something to bolt the bracket to - brick, concrete, timber studding. There are only two holes to drill. I drilled the first one, then mounted the bracket and bolted it to the wall, leaving the bolt a couple of turns from being tight. Then I marked the second hole , swivelled the bracket out of the way and drilled the second hole, first with a 4mm pilot drill, then with a 10mm drill as per instructions. Then fitted the second plug, and bolted the bracket down tight. No drama's and a solid mount. What's neat about installing this wall mount, is that the top two VESA holes are open slots, so you pop two screws into the monitor and hang the monitor off the bracket, whilst you locate and fix the last two screws. This is so much easier than other mounts I've used where you have to hold the monitor in place and try and locate the screw holes in both VESA mount and monitor at the same time.Great piece of kit.

Does not center when folded flat but...
I needed an arm that would sit the monitor 'Central' when the arm is completely folded flat/back. It does not do this, and a monitor would sit off center (Left or right depending which way you fold it back) by circa 4".I did ask this question before purchase, but got differing responses. I'm not sure why such a simple question with a very obvious answer should get such responses. The reason I needed this feature:I have triple screens mounted to a false wall as per pic.One being: https://amzn.to/3s46HDQ - Central Monitor. Two being: https://amzn.to/3yFEfKU - Left/Right Monitors.I want to mount a fourth monitor centrally above them. This arm won't allow me to have the arm fully retracted while keeping the monitor central (There's only one 3x2 I can mount to.) while also allowing me enough tilt.Despite me now initiating a refund/return, the quality and build matches my other current (three) Invision mounts. They are good quality and up to the job. They could always use more tilt though...

Ok
Not bad but the tilt adjustment is very sensitive and it’s either dropping forward, or locked in place, no in between
