We love this for our 8 and 10 year olds and us adults play too! It seems not so sturdy since it moves around a bit but it doesn't ever impact the game. There is enough room for 2 adults to play and assembly was pretty straightforward (took about an hour for 2 of us). We are happy with this purchase!

Wasn't easy to assemble. Definitely need two people to hold the parts in place. My scorebox stopped working the same day I put it together in the middle of playing. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent me a replacement. Works perfect now! Great communication, great value for money. Kids love it!

The product is mediocre. The first set, the parts P3 and P4 did not connect. Spoke with Max in customer service and replacement parts were sent. That part was fixed but then when I went to put the backboard on, the upper part of P3 and P4 were too far apart so I could not attach the backboard. I emailed Max again and he sent a whole new set.If the product was made right consistently, it would be a great product.Customer service made it right by the customer, that's the only reason I am giving it 4 stars.

I brought this product for my son's 10th birthday & he loves it!Assembling it is hard if you don't have help. I did not have another adult in the house to help, so I had to do it alone! It took me just under 3hrs to assemble but the product itself is amazing! The video on youtube is only 1:31 long and goes by too quick to be able to follow along. I only used it as a visual to make sure I was following the instructions in the manual correctly. Once I finally finished assembling, I can honestly say that the product is just as described and twice as fun! Thank you. Also customer service was AMAZING as well. Thank you so much!

Flimsy design of backboard broke easily. I contacted customer service to help repair or replace. They gave me the runaround for months and now say there is nothing they can do. I am stuck with the broken piece of junk. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks to get a product from a different company. This one is terrible!

Overall pretty well for the price. But, the original box must have busted because all the pieces and equipment, including the original broken box were “re-boxed” and I was missing about 10+ bolts, washers, etc. I had to go to Home Depot and spend another $10 to complete the setup.Kids love it.

My kids really like this game. I myself am extremely impressed by the speed and quality of the customer services. We ran into some small issues with the game and the services team got the problems resolved expeditiously. The replacement parts arrived super fast and the follow-ups were very professional. I haven't encountered customer services of this level for a while and I was very pleased.

This takes two people to put together. We were confused by the tarp that the balls fall down on because, by the time we got to put it on, we had already interlocked the bars it needs to hang on. Maybe that's our fault, but review all parts and instructions before assembly.We had 1 defective ball but the sent me a replacement within days.This game is so much fun and we enjoy having something fun to do inside the house.
