Required cut and splice of Tee harness to make it work correctly.
This review is for CURT Model 56322 Custom Wiring Harness specifically designed for Pacifica with LED tail lights. As installed on a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L with LED tail lights.Installed the module and harness. All of the Tee harness connectors mated properly with the vehicle connectors and the tail lights. Note that when re-installing the tail lights on the vehicle, there is insufficient room behind the tail lamp assembly for all of the additional connectors. I found an open cavity above the tail lamp assembly, inside the black trim just above the lamp. Just push the extra in-line connector up into that space, and then you can mount the tail lamp assembly. Both trailer Stop/Turn lamps worked properly. The running lights on the trailer did not work, even though the vehicle lights continued to funciton properly. Contacted Curt technical support. A kind and knowledgable technician suggested that I probe the brown (running light) wire at the left tail light. No signal on the brown wire, even though the tail light on the vehicle was illuminated. Disconnected the Tee harness and measured the voltage at each of the four pins on the vehicle connector. Looking into vehicle connector pins with the connector index tabs at the top, this is what I observed:Top Left = PWM? (voltage was a few volts below battery)Top Right = Stop/TurnBottom Left = Ground (Double checked with an impedance measurement to vehicle ground = zero ohms)Bottom Right = Running LightsThe harness from Curt has the brown Running Lights wire in the Bottom Left cavity. Since this signal is always grounded by the vehicle harness, the running lights on the trailer did not function. I had to cut the long brown wire at the Tee and splice it to the white wire at the Bottom Right of the Tee harness. Note that the Tee harness has two white wires, make sure that you splice into the wire at the Bottom Right when looking into the female connector with the index tabs at the top. Now everything is working properly. As a side note: I prefer to use adhesive lined heat shrink tubing over a soldered splice to insure a water tight repair that is less likely to fail when exposed to salt water conditions in winter.I contacted the same technician at CURT a second time with my findings. He checked the design drawings for CURT's Tee harness. He indicated that my harness as delivered was correct according to CURT's design information. This left us both puzzled - Either my Pacifica van was built with a pair of mistakes (both the vehicle harness from one supplier and the tail lamp assembly from another supplier had the same mistake with the placement of the running lights signal - both would have to be wrong for the vehicle running lights to work) or CURT should be receiving a call for every instance of Part Number 56322 sold.I was just glad that I could make the system work with a few minutes of my time while standing behind the vehicle, instead of crawling around under the vehicle to remove and re-install a different module.

Great company to work with.
This product had an issue after installing but probably just a production mistake. Company sent new one with no problem. Haven’t installed yet but I was assured this was not an issue before.

Short Part
This product comes with everything needed to install it, but it was missing the fuse holder which caused a trip to the auto store. The wires could be a little longer for the passenger side.

Over engendered.
This harness use cars light as signal message but get power for harness from battery directly. So you have to route wire to the battery in the front. Why? I ended up getting positive from rear 12 volt port in the trunk

trimming required
This works great, however the tabs on the adaptor do not match up to the tabs on the tail light connections. I had to trim the tabs off so the connections would plug in. The tabs are at the wrong position - should be at 2 o'clock and they are at 10 o'clock or something similar.

Does NOT work on ALL vehicles they guarantee it will
Does not work on ALL vehicles that they "guarantee" it will work on. Called Curt and did hours of troubleshooting and even had a second wiring harness sent. Both did NOT work. They had me test the wires for electricity by color and electric current was NOT in the color of wire they expected it to be in. They are stumped. Car manufacturer must have made late changes in the wiring that they did not know about. Test it out BEFORE the Amazon 30 days is up as Curt give you 60 but you bought it from Amazon.Test it in the back of your vehicle BEFORE you install it. 12V is right there in the cigarette lighter socket. Ground it with a pair of lock pliers right there on the metal "rear hatch" latch. The metal "rear hatch" latch is right there in the center bottom near the bumper. Us a plug in tester for the 4 pin connecter to show you the lights that work. Some will, one will NOT. Running (or parking) lights are the one that will not work.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica Installation
The wires could have been 6-10 inches longer running to both tailights and also to front of our 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. I followed the videos and routed wires per instructions, just had enough to reach battery, and could not mount rear relay box exactly in the specified rail areA, due to shortage of wire. It worked fine, but could of used few more inches of wire, and seen other customers noting the same minor flustration.

Had to modify wire harness plug in
Stated was for my vehicle but the wire connections had to be modified to plug into the vehicle wiring harness. Other that that it was good.
