Great for an estrogen cleanse which all guys should do in occassion given the estrodominance in our toiletries, food, cleaning supplies, etc... don’t overdo it though. I take two a day and then give myself a break between bottles to ensure I’m not doing any harm to my endocrine system or building an dependencies. Abs definitely pop a bit more when on this.

I been buying this stuff for years. I use herbal test boosters and this is great to keep hormonally balanced.

This stuff is really not needed unless short term or a pct. I took it for a week and now my libido is zero, having too low estrogen is not good for men even.

I haven't gotten blood work done but I've bought it a couple times and it feels like it's doing its job. noticed a little joint pain and acne sometimes but not bad.

I love all their products, worth every penny. This and the epicat/lax are my favorites, I really feel like they help with strength, recovery, and keeping water off for an ideal physique. Worth every penny.
