I'd say it's worth it
I'm a long time (decades) woodwind player. I played in community college stage and concert bands. I have dabbled on trumpet over the years with really no long term serious practice to build trumpet embouchure strength and range. So with that caveat, I recently picked up a student horn in good playing condition that included a Bach 7c. I bought a Yamaha 11b4, and three Eastrock mouthpieces labeled 7c, 5c, and 3c. All five of the mouthpieces seem about the same to me. I expect an intermediate to advanced player could tell a difference. I've tried low cost "knock off" saxophone mouthpieces a few times from Amazon and Ebay. A couple of metal ones have been pretty good. A couple of the plastic ones have been pretty bad. I have a hunch these "knock off" manufacturers have the metal sax and trumpet mouthpieces copied pretty well. Not so the plastic sax mouthpieces. So anyway, I'd say one of these Eastrock trumpet mouthpieces would be okay for a student or anyone on a budget looking to try a different mouthpiece at a low price. I see Bachs priced towards 20 bucks used on Ebay but watch out for fakes. I can't tell if the 3,5, & 7 are really different sizes or just stamped on numbers. I'd say the bullet type is what I'd buy if I had a few spare bucks and already had a name brand mouthpiece or two.

I love it, but what do I know?
I'm an adult beginner and had a 7C that came with my trumpet. I wanted a little bit larger dia. mouthpiece. I bought this 5c, and it's much easier for me to play on. And, at the price, I'm going to order another. I've only had it a day, but it feels good, looks good, and (from the horrid noise I can make) sounds good. I love it.

Inexpensive option to a Bach JetTone mouthpiece
I purchased both the 3C and 5C, and both work well. I use the 3C for a wide-bore trumpet and the 5C for a medium-wide trumpet. One reason I like these is they allow me to inexpensively try different mouthpieces to get an idea of what size works best. I am happy with both of these. I used them several weeks and neither one showed signs of the silver plating wearing off.

Quality .
This mouthpiece came well sealed and in a nice gift type box. A very polished finish. Now on the playability side of the product the mouthpiece in my opinion is well suited for a beginner to intermediate level player. Advanced players can have fun with it but it would not be a mouthpiece of their performing regular choice. To me the upper register playing was a bit challenging.
