I will be trying to mount this system on my 1980 Honda XL185S. I received the exhaust system in two seperate packages. I received just the exhaust canister on a Monday. Then two days later the two pipes and small spring. I did email them the day after I received package 1 of 2 thinking they forgot the other pieces. They responded the day after that the other half of the package was coming. That they break the package into 2 due to overweight issues. The exhaust system looks solid and good. Can't tell you how it sounds, it's not installed yet. Just wanted to advise everyone that you might receive your package in separate shipments.

I bought this for a 08 card 230f the bend on the pipe from the silencer to the main pipe is about 3” off could not bolt to stock mounts. Have to saw the welds are beautiful and it isn’t cheap quality material. Luckily I have a pipe bender and fixed the problem but if you don’t own a pipe bender you would be returning it. So I don’t know what years it actually would fit on but definitely not an 08

I bought this for a 2020 Tao Tao TBR7. It was a bolt on job not much tweaking needed other than aligning. It’s louder than stock for sure but only if you’re ripping it does it get a bit much. Clears the air box by 2 inches so I don’t have to worry about that melting. Great cheap upgrade for a CHonda

This exhaust does not fit a 100cc four stroke, and definitely does not fit the honda xr100.

So this is as simple as it gets you will need a person If you don’t already have the ability to weld because the middle piece. It has to be connected to the muffler itself and the lower peace from the engine to the top so unless you have the special heat wrap/tape for the middle it’s will need work. other than that it looks great, great quality and look.

This is the best exhaust I have ever bought. For my 2003 crf230f it sounds great and gives more power. Worth all the 99$ dollars. I would do it again.

Header slides in perfectly on the Crf230F, but the muffler portion will not bolt on without modification. Very inexpensive and good looking product, just know that you have to have some mechanical skills to get it to fit

My son loves it it didn’t fit like we hoped it had to be modified with some heat to bend it we’re it would fit right.

Junk not matter how to adjust pipe it touches the carb. Needs a few bends in pipe. Im sending it back . Junk
