Excellent product!
Now I have to warn you that this is a small can . It was smaller than I expected because I was expecting a full blown gallon because I saw in the picture the pop off lid. I was ditsy and didn't read the amount that I was purchasing in the description field but this has nothing to do with them that was a mistake on my part. As far as this product goes it is AMAZING! I completely turned around and started to create the art that I was originally intending to make. I will absolutely be ordering this product again, and again , and again ! It goes on very smoothly and blends the paints for the wet on wet technique like a charm! I was so happy to see that I was finally doing it the right way ! This is the first step in the Bob Ross projects and I will keep getting this product because it did exactly what it needed to do . I am completely satisfied 100% and highly reccommend not only this product but the sellers behind the product. They are absolutely great and before submitting negitive feedback I would talk to them first. They are great people with good intentions and aim to have 100% satisfaction . Thank you for providing the esential tool in unlocking happiness in my new hobby . :)

How it worked for me...
This is the critical application for a successful painting. Too much and the colors start mixing on the canvas, too little and the blending effect becomes a bit of a struggle. On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being dry canvas and 10 being liquid white gooped on, I've had the best results with a level 3 application. Thinking about enough to cover the canvas, but just barely. You have to stretch it.Watch Bob on YouTube or Netflix and notice how dry his brush strokes tend to sound when he begins his sky coloring. It's almost as if he can't pull his paint enough without putting more paint on the brush, but he does and that's the work of the liquid white. One half-inch dip in liquid white with a 2" brush is enough to cover a triple-primed 16x20 inch canvas. Even then I go back over with three hairs and some air from a clean dry 2" brush to make sure I haven't over applied. Then your world gets real happy, real fast.Have fun, practice, and like Bob said, "You can do this".

I HIGHLY recommend Bob Ross's liquid white along with ALL of Bob ...
The ONLY oil painting technique I'll ever use! Bob Ross was a genius whom will ALWAYS be missed...but thru us, we, his loyal followers, him, his painting & all he taught will live on FOREVER! With Bob Ross's liquid white, you can continue to make 'happy little accidents'! I HIGHLY recommend Bob Ross's liquid white along with ALL of Bob Ross's tools & paints. If you're a beginner- USE BOB ROSS'S TOOLS & PAINTS. You will learn to paint with ease & quickness...and very soon, you'll be painting like the pro himself-Bob Ross! Bob died July 4th, 1995...following his wife's death 2 yrs earlier. They left a son, Stephen, behind who yo this day is carrying on his Dad's legacy traveling the great US teaching his Dad's Joy of Painting techniques. We will all miss that calm, soft spoken happy Christian whose voice has often been compared to being dosed on Demerol. Yeah, he had THAT much of a soothing affect on one, just hearing good 'ol Bob speak! He has 2 seasons of Joy of Painting on Netflix to anyone whom may be interested in seeing, learning, or simply just listening - getting yourself that Demerol fix! Lol! FYI: He is also on YouTube. Bob, I KNOW you're painting beautiful pictures in Heaven for Jesus right now! And you probably have all the angels mesmerized with just your soft-soothing voice alone-not to mention your incredible paintings! Yeah, you've even blown the angels away! We'll see you on the other side, Bob! Until then, continue making those 'Happy Accidents' up there & we will down here!

Great product!
Got it for a Bob Ross date night I planned for my girlfriend. Paintings turned out amazing despite the fact I don’t have an artistic bone in my body! The liquid white really helped us blend the colors on the canvas. The paintings didn’t turn out like Bob’s because we ran out of time haha! Would 110% recommend if you’re planning on following a Bob Ross tutorial 👍

Ok but....
It’s actually really good , but be careful when to open it. Very hard to erase if you spill it

Paint A Long
I bought this for a paint-a-long session that my son and I did to one of Bob Ross' videos. It worked just as he describes (keeps canvas wet for easy blending). It also used a small amount of the product so we will be able to use for more paintings.

Good Product
This is a great product. I returned it, because of the odor. If you use regular oil paints, you'll be fine with it.I paint with the water mixable oil paints and am very sensitive. Otherwise, I highly recommend it!!

The Essential For Wet on Wet Oil Painting
The Late Bob Ross and William Alexander inspired an army of artists to embrace a kind of impressionist oil painting called "wet on wet." The foundation of the painting style calls for a thin coat of liquid white, or magic white paint to the canvas. The foundation could be liquid clear with a tint color in it. Paint on a light coat, one that when you press your finger onto the prepped canvas you get a finger with white on it that you can still see your FINGER PRINT RIDGES. If you can't make out the print ridges wipe some of the liquid white off.Without the foundation that lets you mix and blend paints on the canvas and continue to add layers from the distance to the foreground. The advantage to this style is that you can layer paint an entire painting at one sitting without letting it dry first.
