Ner Mitzvah Shabbat Candles - Traditional Shabbos Candles - 3 Hr. - 72 Ct.

We have a large menorah in the lobby of our building and the typical Hanukkah candles were too small for it. But the shabbat candles are perfect!

Great value. I've tried many brands & thousands of nerot shabbat/chagim over the years, and know just about every short cut for setting up & cleaning up before/after and what to look for to make it easier. I find Ner Mitzvah Ohr produces consistent quality nerot that are well made, have flat bottoms making them easy to seat in a candlestick, they're smooth & clean outside with no waxy chunks or air pockets, relatively evenly sized so you don't end up with different heights. They're not dripless but burn evenly if away from a draft and usually don't spill over, but any drips/pools of wax do clean off easily with hot water + dish soap. They have long easy lighting wicks that don't smoke or leave streaks, and they burn at least 3 hours (away from draft.) Receive my orders very quickly, with no problems. Recommend them without hesitation.

I bought these specifically because the diameter was the right size to fit our menorah—many of these candles are 3/4 inch at the base, which is just a bit too big. These fit nicely, and burn very consistently. I really like that they burn completely—there is no wax filled cup residue with these! The reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is that they require a bit of extra care lighting them—about half the time, if you just light the wick, it goes out when it hits the top of the candle. An easy fix, but lighting them close to the candle, rather than the end of the wick, takes care of this though.

I have ordered these before . They are great for the Shabbat table.
