This stuff is pretty awesome!
I really like this product. As the directions specified, I first hosed down the roof with water. I then sprayed the product on camper roof then took a brush and scrubbed it in since it was so dirty. Worked in about a 3x3 foot section. I followed this by spraying the dirty solution with water. The results are amazing! The previous product I used warned not to hose the product off of the roof since it would streak the sides of the camper. It was a pain having to actually soak up the dirty solution with a rag, making sure that it didn't spill over. Such a pain. This Dicor Deep Cleaning Rubber RV Roof Cleanser Spray is so much easier to use! Highly recommend it.

Works well - Cleans RV roof very well*
I use these Dicor products to help maintain my RV roof. I first clean with the Dicor cleaner then I apply the Dicor protectant. All receipts for purchases of these products go into the RV maintenance file in the event I need to make a warranty claim on the Dicor rubber roof that is on my unit. Showing proof of maintenance of the Rubber Roof goes along way in getting a claim approved if the roof fails during the warranty period. I generally clean/protect twice a year. I used this method on my prior RV and it did maintain a reasonably white roof for the 5 years I owned that rig and I use on my new one as well. Kept the fading and powdering to a minimum and it seemed to also reduce the "black streaking" as well down the sides of the rig. Follow the directions and you will be happy with the results. Be aware that this is not a bleach and will not completely whiten your roof if it is stained. It will clean off dirt and any chalking that may have developed but it will not make a poorly maintained roof new again. If you use this product on your rig religiously on a new or well maintained roof, this cleaner will certainly continue to maintain it as such. I used about 3/4 of a bottle on my 28' rig. I would recommend this product as part of anyone annual RV maintenance regime. Also recommend the Dicor Rubber Roof Protectant to be applied after you clean. Contrary to what you see on the internet, using degreasers, bleach, and other harsh solvents is not recommended and will actually over time dry out your roof and shorten life the life span. They may appear to clean better but in the process of cleaning they are also breaking down the roof materials, so I recommend using your roof manufacturers preferred method of cleaning and maintenance.

Doesn't remove stains, but man does it clobber dirt!
I started the job by pressure washing my gutters because they were full of needles and dirt and crud. When I did that I pressure washed a bit of the edge of the roof in the process. The roof was so white under the dirt that I decided to pressure wash the whole thing (white 30° nozzle, the most gentle available). The roof looked great. So I'm on the roof, I've got the cleaner, I've got the brush, I might as well try it. I was amazed. This cleaner got the roof even whiter, and without a lot of scrubbing. It was more tedious and took longer than the pressure washing, but it was well worth it. The roof clearly hadn't been cleaned by the previous owners, this may have been the first time it was ever cleaned, and I hate to think what it would have been like if I hadn't pressure washed first. But the cleaner was worth it and I will definitely do it again in a year or two.

Great product!
I have an RV with a TPO roof and this stuff just cleans it right up! We gave it a good scrubbing before applying and I was amazed to see how much crud was coming off! (Sorry for the lack of roof pictures). My roof went from a light brown to a very light cream almost white color! If you don’t clean your RV roofs, well you need to and this product is great!! (Use a light to medium bristle brush so you don’t scratch or damage or roofs membrane.

Works great on TPO roof.
This worked better than anything I have tried in the past on my TPO roof.

Arrived damaged and empty
I would have like to had an opportunity to provide a rating on the performance of this product, but the bottle arrived empty and with a loose cap. All of the liquid was spilled in the box. Well, at least my other products were clean! I will not order this again, do to the lack of quality control...
