Samsung DC97-05280W Washer Suspension Rod Genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Part for Samsung, 4-Pack

I replaced the suspension rods in our Samsung washer with this OEM set, and it made a huge difference. The washer had been shaking like crazy during spin cycles, and these rods brought it back to smooth, quiet operation. Function-wise, they do exactly what they’re supposed to—stabilize the drum and reduce vibration. Installation was straightforward with a little patience and a YouTube video. My Samsung top load washer machine started to wobble so bad that it would reset the spin cycle to rinse. It would do this over and over again if it wasn’t caught. The issue is the springs on the suspension rods get weak which equalizes the dampening. There are lots of DIY cheap fixes OUT, which sort of worked, but installing these new rods were just as easy, and cheap enough. These are direct replacement, not cheap knock-offs.

It’s crazy Samsung wanted almost $60 each. And I got these on Amazon for around $40 for all 4. And now my washer is working great. It’s just going through loads of wash now I would have never thought. Because the rods were bad it would bang around and reset the washer and it would take like a hour for one load. Now supper fast loads again.

I was in doubt these could be my problem. My Samsung washer would not spin much at speed without getting off balance. I had to cut laundry loads in half to make it through a cycle. I was thinking I should buy new washer or either call repair shop. I figured worst case I would be out almost 70 dollars if I fixed myself. I watched a YouTube video and purchased these new spring rods. It worked, I no longer have off balance or uneven loads. All 4 springs fixed my problem. Would definitely do again if needed. Really simple to do after watching video.

Older version was sent. I needed the washer back in working order so I installed them anyway. They're easy to install. Worked ok for about a month but now back to the same issues and its too late to return them for a refund.
