This bathtub can be used by adults. The size of the product is 100x 53 x 60 cm and the thickness after folding is only 10 cm. Bearing capacity is 200 kg. The models in the picture are all adults. I hope my answer can help you.

Q: Is there a weight limit of the person bathing?

Tub is for smaller folks; with the crossbar midway on the top it was nearly impossible for my 5’ 6” 140 lb husband (79 yrs old) to get in and out of.

Q: Can this tub get used with hot water to use as an ofuro?

I don't know what an ofuro is, but I put hot water in my tub.

Q: Does it have a drain plug? Does it come with a hose attachment?

Yes, it has a plug and an attachable hose (maybe 30”). Not really pleased with the tub, but was unable to return it, as it was considered used after we tried it once.

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED

I am writing this because your email asked me to... I got parts that didn't fit anywhere. Hard to unfold and keep it in shape. After 40 days or so I finally got it. Didn't like it at all. P.D. It also leaks...

Worth it!

Love the tub super deep and I got it in comfortably (I’m 5ft4in) but just be aware it can be a little difficult to empty if you aren’t careful to note where your drain is in relation to the tub.

Worth it!

You don’t really need instructions to prop this tub up. It took about 20 minutes to make sure all the pieces fit together, and Measure your shower correctly as the tub was exact to the size of my shower (1.5 x 3ft). It does take a while to get here, but nothing patience and it’s definitely worth it.

Bad Quality Control, no assembly instruction, slow delivery

Took months from order to get it shipped from China.No assembly instruction, extra plastic screw parts with no where to go, missing screws, top tub cover sections that won't fit, and the most importantly, bottom white rim cover which had oversized hole brackets which prevented it being inserted into main unit properly (had to spend time with Drummel to remove plastic insert brackets in order to seat it on just using two outer edge securement). Once assembled, it leaked at drainage plug (Could use rubber gasket inside to prevent it). Overall, it worked for intended purpose, allows deep soak as in Japanese Bath Tub. Satisfied enough to prevent return, but I don't recommend for others with all the hassles...

Help Seller

No drain plug was with tub.Been to many hardware stores. Found nothing. Please please seller send plug. I can't even use this beautiful tub. I was so excited because it looks well made and sturdy....but no way to fill it with water that stays in.😰

Not worth buying it

It was supper late , you have to follow up with the supplier & the Shippment company, it’s Bulky, not easy to assemble, not comfortable & the quality is not that good,I don’t recommend it at all
