A friend of mine who loves to talk about Keto introduced me to this product. Although I myself cannot find the will to start a keto diet, I did like the idea of having some sort of supplement that would help me focus. After further reading about nootropics and possible benefits, I decided to give it a go.Honestly, I had no idea what to expect, and I am usually one to think things are often gimmicks. I usually have my morning dose (or 2) of coffee to get me up and started with the day. I run my own business, and I am pulled with projects (planning, logistics and design) and clients every day. I have, in the past, found that when I am feeling overwhelmed with work, I tend to bounce around one project to the next and sometimes have trouble keeping a straight line with my day's priorities. I am seriously self-diagnosing myself with a sort of attention deficit and need to have a compartmentalized plan for my work day when I am super busy, otherwise I think about getting the eff out of the country and joining a commune somewhere in Brazil. Unfortunately, abandoning a successful business, a great husband and a pretty badass child because you're having a few bad days is apparently frowned upon.Since starting to drink this with my morning coffee, I have found that I have a bit more pep and also seem to have more focus. I'm still waiting for some other magical observations like unicorn wings, but for now - I'll definitely take pep and focus as winners.As for the product itself, I LOVE the taste. It smelled so delicious when I opened the bag and I was slightly concerned that it would taste like nothing but coconuts (I can only take so much coconut before I want to bang my head on the wall), so I was pleasantly surprised that it only had tad bit more than a hint. Certainly doable for people who don't like the idea of consuming Hawaiian Tropics sunscreen.The creamer blended really well even without using a suggested mixer/frother, but I went ahead and bought a frother just to make it more swank. I suggest getting a $2 frother from Ikea and swankify yourself.Overall - I highly recommend this and I look forward to continuing my daily dose!

I tried this product suggested by a friend who is an expert Keto master. I’m not on Keto, I have a different nutrition program that I follow so I wasn’t sure if it was for me.I did a bit more research about nootropics, and realized its not just for Keto peeps and was eager to give this a go, after all, I realized, “I can use a bit more brain power and focus in my day”! I’m an entrepreneur and get pulled in a myriad of directions throughout my day, so what could it hurt?When I received it, I loved the packaging. Very conscientious and nicely done, so the first impression was a 10. Then I opened the bag and loved the fragrance and texture. So another 10.The first time I used it, I was not sure what to expect. I blended some in with my Italian coffee ritual (I have been having my coffee the same way for decades and wasn’t sure how this would “change my normal coffee”). I blended it into a nutribullet with my coffee and then poured it into my cup for the first taste. YUM! It was creamy, not overpowering in taste, in fact, it enhanced it where I felt like I was having a macchiato (my favorite coffee) without the dairy or as oily as a bulletproof coffee.Then, I went about my day. It wasn’t until I was going to bed that night and recapping my day's activities that I realized “dang, I got a lot done today”........could it be, I thought???Day 3 of my new coffee-making ritual and I absentmindedly clean off the spoonful of the powder into my mouth. WOW! It tastes so good. I secretly take a spoonful. Yum. It’s so light and tastes good. I’m not a sweet tooth person so this is just like a touch of coconut taste.Day 14 of my new coffee regiment and yes, my brain is more alert. I have a bit more fuel in my day and also seem to have boosted my focus and overall mental performance.I still ‘lick the delicious powder off my spoon’ when I add it to my coffee for a little taste of pre-coffee heaven. It’s that good!All in all - I one thousand percent recommend adding this to your morning routine if you want your brain to function at a higher level, and enjoy deliciousness in the morning.

The true test of a product is if you continue to purchase it. Agree with others that the test is great. I add to my morning coffee.After a few days of drinking I started noticing a more focused & streamlined through processs. I was getting more done at work and when public speaking my mind rarely trailed off. Almost like a hypomania brain high without any negative benefits.Im now daily journaling (which I’ve never done) to put in writing exactly how I’m feeling. I’ve tried other nootropics including Lions Mane by itself before without noticing any benefit. Perhaps it’s the combination of all three…I don’t know. But I certainly can tell the difference.

I haven't noticed a difference in focus, but it's a must-have for me in the mornings. I add it to my 5 am coffee and it helps me wake up. So, it gives me energy in the morning, but I don't notice much difference beyond that. It's a necessity for me because it's usually difficult for me to wake up so early.
