Well made and functions properlyGreat valueI’m an ENT doctor with 40 years of experience and would recommend it .(Was not happy about them using the Post Office for delivery which of course was botched the first go around )

Won't work
My son has been battling throat cancer and lost his voice. I purchased this worthless thing to help him talk only it DOES NOT WORK! Then to add injury to insult they will not take it back or refund my money with is considerable. Save your money folks don't but this.

Received Broken - batteries don't charge
Unfortunately, the item doesn't work and the batteries didn't work either. At this point, I don't know how honest this company will be in either refunding or providing a new working product. I'll keep you posted.

It’s okay
Only thing is, she sound robotic and I have to ask her to say it again. If your loved one have a speech impediment as well, this one will take some getting use to.I’d say find one that focuses on voice clarity.
