DELICIOUS
This vinegar arrived quickly in good order. I could not wait to try it because I cannot buy a good tasting brand in local grocery stores. I made a quick and simple vinaigrette for a salad and it was so, so delicious. I have very few options in the small SE Texas area where I live to buy fine quality. Very satisfying, tastes nothing like cheap brands.

my favorite salad vinegar
I tried this as an alternative to red wine vinegar, and now it is my staple. It has a lovely taste and aroma that goes well with olive oil and herbs. It will really elevate your salad game. A little more expensive but worth it.

LOVE it!
This Sherry vinegar is so delicious. It's the 2nd time I've purchased it from Amazon. Worth every penny, a little goes a long way. Much better than grocery store stuff!

Flavor was very good. Packaging was excellent.
It was a little stronger than I expected. I love this on toss salads, especially this time of year.

Never realized how versatile this is
I got this specifically for a recipe. I had never heard of it before. Now, I have found it has so many uses. It provides that little bit of acidity in dishes to give it that umami flavor. I am looking for more recipes for it now.

Good sherry wine vinegar
I have received this nice sherry wine vinegar. I only buy authentic sherry wine vinegars from Spain as the California ones don't have the same depth of flavor. The recent reviewer who tells you not to buy this product because it “contains sulfites” must not realize that: “Wine is fermented using yeast, which produces sulfites, so almost all wine contains sulfites.” (There are a handful of wines that do not, but I haven’t seen any as sherry wine vinegar producers.) If sulfites are objectionable to an individual, he/she should choose something that isn't similarly wine structured; but those understanding the process should not be deterred.
