Really good, I feel energized and my inmune system is improved.

I use it to help with osteoporosis, not sure if it made a difference yet. Hopefully, I will see benefits on the next bone scan. This has no flavor and did not bother my stomach.

Good add to vitamin regime

While I will never attribute results to one individual supplement, I can say that I've noticed a difference in my strength and overall look since I started taking Boron. The weight on all of my workouts has increased, I feel like I have better workouts overall, and definitely see more muscle definition. Again, I take other supplements with it, like Tongkat Ali, and have a high protein diet. But combined, assuming you know your numbers, I believe these supplements really do make a difference.

Sentí efecto de inmediato solo tomar mucha agua y tomarlo con los alimentos ya que si afecta algo alos riñones si estás mal de los riñones no tomarlo fuera de eso es buen producto
