Each piece is large enough to be a single pendant on a necklace chain, I was expecting charm sized pieces.

Its a great mix of large pieces and small! Not heavy but have some weight to them. I made on bracelet for a friend and then I added charms to my horror bracelet that I bought. This was a great buy! I still have charms left for another project.
