Q: Can you use the pumps with the glass bottles? If not, what can be used in place?

I wondered the same thing when I first bought both the glass bottle and plastic bottle syrups. I found out each one has its own pump so you can research Monins website for directions on which pump goes with which bottle.

Q: What is the consistency...is it thick or watery thin?

It’s not thick like honey, but not watery either. More a maple syrup consistency. It’s my favorite flavor for coffee!

Q: How does the flavor compare to the monin almond syrup (orgeat)? i’m curious which has stronger almond flavor.

It has an almond and cherry flavor. I thing both are equally dominant.
