Maybe I’m being fussy, or used a strainer that was just too fine, but it takes an awful lot of effort to force this through a fine strainer. Otherwise, it whisks up nicely and I was able to make a perfect Matcha Latte. The flavour is quite strong, though, so one heaped spoon between two Matcha Lattes is quite enough, but thankfully there is not much bitter taste.

Not as vibrant as the ceremonial

This is a really flavourful, aromatic powdered matcha. Despite the small size of the tin it lasts for quite a while and is not as expensive as it might initially seem, especially as it is of a high quality. This is a lovely tea for winding down after a long day, I would buy it again.

very good taste, not bitter

A very yellow/brown hue with intense bitter smell. Better for cooking rather than drinking.

The tea was very smooth, flavor was balanced. Easy to stir in. The tin it came in provided easy storage.
