Durham 107-95-IND Gray Cold Rolled Steel Individual Large Scoop Box, 18" Width x 3" Height x 12" Depth, 32 Compartment

I have 6 of these boxs, the last two had a very poor clasp. The wire fell out of the clasps and the clasps were so loose I thought they would fall off. I had to tale needle nose pliers to tighten them up. For this price and from this company I expected more. If you don't do this they will come open.

I really want to like these boxes but the clasps are so bad I honestly can't believe it. It's like using a paperclip to hold it shut. Actually it's worse than that... I might upgrade them with a paper clip. One clasp is like a mouse trap, and if you bump it ever so slightly it pops open. Another was popped off and I had to put it back together. Paying this much for a metal box you should expect it to latch firmly shut, especially when the reason I bought them was to keep small parts safely in their place. I wish I had stayed with a plastic $2 box. I've received 2, both defective, and 4 more coming later today. Crossing my fingers they work better, but shouldn't be like that at over $40 each for an empty metal box!

Dollar for Dollar these will hold 5 to 6 times as much stuff compared to all plastic parts boxes, heck-probably more but I didn't pull out my slide-rule ;). Caveat, the little bale on the latch is weak and will probably fail if you drop the box. But if you drop a plastic box it will be destroyed. I got a few different sizes and like them all.

HARD TO BEAT THE VALUE. HOLDS PLENTY OF WEIGHT. EXCELLENT CHOICE OF DRAWER CONFIGURATION. NOT A LOT OF CHOICES FOR A HIGHER QUALITY UNLESS YOU SPEND BETWEEN 5 AND 10 TIMES THE MONEY. BUY DURHAM BRAND AND YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY YOU DID.

Heavy duty, I use it daily for work, it's in the back of my truck and keeps my parts stored protected. I wish the insert wasn't plastic, it is thick plastic, not cheap, however, the metal exterior is the primary reason I purchased it, and it does its job. I would like to see a larger, thicker handle in the future, I carry mine multiple times a day onto job sites, the the small thin handle puts a lot of pressure on my fingers while carrying(I'm storing heavy metal parts that fill up the case). All in all, though, good purchase.

Perfect small compartment drawer. These drawers are designed to be used in the sliding racks. They are great quality, just like their sliding racks. The divider piece is plastic and one solid piece that fits in the metal drawer (comes together.) It has a scoop function so the bottom of the individual areas is curved to allow you to scoop all the contents out with one easy motion. These are great, with several different sizes to choose from.

This item arrived in great shape. I was a little leary at first since I read a bunch of reviews where people had received items that were dented up but I did not experience that. The size is a little bigger than I expected - which isn't a bad thing. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

This was the perfect addition to my machine shop for organizing all my metric and imperial hardware.Although the price is a bit steep especially when you order 4-6 boxes, the reward is well worth it.The metal box is really where this system shines especially once they start to fill up with hundred of bolts and it begins to hold a lot of weight. no way a plastic organizer would hold up to carrying and organizing 30+ lbs of bolts and hardware.

Keep your crimp connectors organized. Fits in the drawers of snapon bottom box nicely.
