Easy and Tasty
This is a great book for recipes whether you have PCOS or not. After looking at the reviews and thru some of the preview content of the book, I go this to help my diabetic mom in law. The recipes are easy and tasty and my mother in law is loving how good she can eat. They have lowered her meds and we are hoping to get her totally off them within the next year. This was good for some alternative recipes and is a great addition to any cookbook collection in the kitchen.

Nice Cookbook
This is great cookbook. I have PCOS and I have recently been eating a plant based diet. This cookbook has some great recipes that are plant based as well as some that could easily be converted to plant based which help keep me from getting in a rut of eating the same thing every day. Time will tell if eating this way will help with the stubborn weight gain that PCOS causes, but the recipes in this book are great.

No pics, recipes always serve 4-6 (wish it was 2-3)
I’ve tried a few of the recipes and they’re great!I wish there were recipes that were 2-3 servings instead of 6. I know you can half the recipe but sometimes that doesn’t make sense with the ingredients you have to purchase. I also really wish there were pictures of the recipes. Im always visually inspired by the picture.

Nice Cookbook
I got this book after looking at the cover. I don't have PCOS, but love cookbooks and love to read them. I like how the book is laid out and the pictures and recipes are easy to read and follow. I like that most are simple and clean. It also does explain PCOS and the reason behind the diet and foods.

Keto worked better
This is a nice cookbook for relatively clean eating, but it doesn't work well with the keto diet that has pretty much healed our daughter's PCOS, so it's not a great fit for us.

A good intro for recently diagnosed people with PCOS
This cookbook has a good introduction to PCOS and the Dash diet. I do not have PCOS but I do have Type 1 diabetes so a lot of the tips apply to me in an effort to reduce insulin needs. Yummy recipes with ingredient tips and nutrition info but no photos with the recipes.*I was given a copy of the book in exchange for my honest review.

Gives allot if info on PCOS, a variety of different recipes. Ok.
First I want to say, I do not have PCOS, or a weight problem. But I’m into eating organic, Healthy, and I now know about PCOS, and it’s hard for me not to get a Cookbook. If you have PCOS the first 56 pages are good information I think on PCOS .Starts out with the introduction, ,1.. Part 1. Living with PCOS. Understanding PCOS. From page 1 to page 11.2. Page 12. The controversy of birth control pills.3. Page 15. To 24. (Don’t see page 13, 14!). The importance of a healthy lifestyle.4. Page 25. To page 27, When your friends don’t understand.5. Page 28 to 29 . A night on the town.6. Page 31 to 56. The Dash Diet.7. Page 61 to 140..The recipes .Then there is the, Measurement Converions , index etc..There is not pictures with every recipe. The print for each recipe is printed in black, easy to read.Gives good cooking instructions.Info if its a low cal , inflammatory, prep time etc. Per serving - cal, fat, choles, sodium, carbs, fiber, protein.I do not think these are expensive meals to make for feeding your whole family, and you can usually always freeze for another day,Or have lunch, or dinner with the left overs.Someome mentioned there $20.00 meals. Not So..I do think there is too much emphasis on meat in the recipes. But you can use less, more, or none. Also too much oil, sugar, salt..I usually have onion, carrots, celery, mushrooms, pasta, ( chickpea, lentil, brown rice pasta ,) canned low sodium bean rinse off, , (soak your own). Tomato sauces, low sodium vegetable & chicken broth in my pantry,.I would Not use bullion cubes, there full of salt,And fake ingredients that cause weight gain. That said there is a nice variety of different foods.Cook at home. There is Too many weight gaining , unhealthy junk foods in restaurant food, and Processed foods..Drink water.
