Ok, here’s the deal…the Avacado oil is excellent!Doesn’t burn and leaves no ‘taste’ whatever you cook.

Great quality for the quantity great value for the price and has great health benefits.

Excellent Oil! It tolerates high heat, is light taste and better for healthy diet as a fruit oil rather than seed oils.

I do not like the container. Looks sharp but spout is very difficult to remove from box to open oil flow. Ended up wasting a significant amount of oil, very poor design.

This oil has been my go to in the kitchen for quite a while now. I consider myself a healthy eater and prepare almost all of my meals at home. I am constantly reaching for this avocado oil as my olive oil sits waiting in the cabinet. Because I have a gas range and cook with cast iron, this oil is a must have. The high smoking temp means I can heat up that iron without (much) worry about burning the oil and thus adding off flavors. Anyway, if you want to start cooking more at home, or make a bit of a healthy change, grab this oil. Mange!

We're on a mission to eliminate processed foods and to use healthier oils. We use avocado oil for high temperature frying and olive oil for everything else. I like this oil very much and feel great about giving it to my family. Wish it weren't so pricey but I understand it probably takes a lot of product and labor to make this much!
