Will it fit me 250 at 6ft 5 inches

It is rated to 300 lbs. not sure about the 6ft. 5 inches, I have the fold and the XS. I am 5’11 and I prefer the XS.

What's the weight capacity? Is it safe in snowy areas like Minnesota?

Sondors lists the capacity at 250 lbs. I haven't ridden mine in snow, but other owners have. They lower the tire pressure in those conditions.

I have a Renogy 200 watt solar charger. Can it be used to recharge the bike battery?

Good question, from the literature that came with the battery charger, warranty issues maybe, I don't why not as long as voltage is consistent
