Nice brush but it died after 5 months. I contacted them and they sent me a new one. Very pleased.
I purchased this July 2, 2025 and went to brush my teeth and it didn’t work. Today is Dec 2, 2025. Five months is not very good life span. It’s fully charged. I ordered 2 and my husband's works fine. I will reach out to Amazon tomorrow and see if there is anything they can do.

This Is the One to Get
I’ve use Sonicare brushes for decades and have always loved them, but when I recently replaced my old deep pink brush with the new 4100 model, I was sorely disappointed in the motor strength. It was a huge downgrade from my old one that I’d paid a similar price for several years ago. Fast-forward a few days, and I got this 7500 model instead. I didn’t love paying almost quadruple the price tag of the other one, but I thought I’d give it a shot to see if all the newer Sonicare products had gone downhill or if it was just the other one. This toothbrush is SO much better than the 4100 model in every regard. The vibration motor is much stronger and more similar to the speed of my old one (with some added features!), and I appreciate how the pressure sensor works much better. The app is also a nice added bonus, and apparently, 2 minutes is the minimum amount of time you’re supposed to brush your teeth for optimal results? The included portable charging case is also much appreciated, and this model includes both a permanent wall charger for your toothbrush at home and a portable USB one (and the charging brick) for travel, which is definitely better. Overall, I feel like this brush really cleans my teeth well and lets me know when I press too hard on my gums very quickly. I didn’t love the fact that I had to spend so much more for this model to get this type of functionality, but I can definitely say it works nicely and that I’m a big fan. If you’re trying to choose between this model and the 4100, just go with this one, and I promise it will meet your expectations better.

Best toothbrush I've owned
Best toothbrush I've ever had. I thought my previous toothbrush was doing a good job, but after the first cleaning it was a night and day difference. The only downside is cost of replacing the heads but I think its worth the cost for the quality.

Great while it lasted (which wasn't long enough)
Initial rating: 5* Current rating: 3* For $150, you'd expect a toothbrush to last more than a year. This broke 11 months in, but others have reported in breaking far sooner. I always travel with it in its case, and it has suffered no other accidents or abuse. When it's working, it really is a fantastic toothbrush, and left my mouth feeling very clean. But how can I properly endorse a product that falters after a year? I was willing to put money where my mouth is, and still I end up with shoddy workmanship. The impassioned responses you'll see on Amazon aren't hard to empathize with. After using and loving the toothbrush, it breaks on you, and you're suddenly forced to revert to some subpar alternative whilst the slow warranty process tries to sort it out. The "easy serve yourself" warranty option on the website doesn't even understand the model number, so that's not a great start. I've had bad experiences with Philips before, and I really didn't want to go for this at first. But I did, and I was so pleasantly surprised. And yet...here we are. Same old story from Philips. Disappointing, and once again my trust for this brand has been broken (much like the wobbly motor pin). UPDATE The Consumer Care Chat assistance wasn't as bad as I anticipated. They got right to the point and asked "Does the shaft feel secure? Yes/No.", and that is what's broken on mine. They're sending a replacement which should come within 5-10 business days (painful when you're used to Amazon speeds). I'll be using a manual brush till then. UPDATE - 09 Aug 2021 It broke again. This time it seems to be a firmware issue, causing the lights to continually cycle and thus run down the battery constantly. Factory reset did nothing, and it means I can't rely on it for travel. However...again...Philips are sending a replacement. 3 toothbrushes since mid-2019, and only had to purchase the first. Annoying that it breaks, but I'm ever-hopeful then next handle stays good.

Tried others, Sonicare still the best
I have been a Sonicare user for over 20 years, but after my last unit broke after only a couple of years, I thought I would try something else. I geeked out over model from another company that claimed 84K vibrations per minute vs. the Sonicare's 62K, but that model failed within two weeks. Then I saw another model which used a bristly mouthpiece instead of a traditional brush, but quite frankly my mouth felt cleaner with manual brushing. I should have known better when both units shipped from China. Now I am back to Sonicare. Why did I ever try to leave? I have received stellar grades from my dentist on cleanliness and gum health from using previous Sonicare models. The 7500 has the best cleaning performance of any I have used in the past. I also like that this model has a USB charging case, so I never have to worry about going back to "manual mode", although I do wish it was a USB-C connector instead of micro-USB.

This toothbrush has multiple modes and multiple intensity options which is great.

I think this is an excellent toothbrush. I like how you can keep track of your brushing habits, but in reality it’s not really necessary to be able to do that. It doesn’t give you a whole lot of information. As long as you know you’re going to brush regularly that’s all that should matter. An app isn’t going to change anything. So if you buy the toothbrush, buy the one without the app and save money. It has some really nice settings on it.

Best brushing but will last lesss than a year and compared to the price might not be worth it to buy a new one each year. Couldn’t find anyway to get it fixed or replaced. Disappointed.

I switched from OralB to Sonicare. I prefer the Sonicare in terms of cleaning and various settings. Expect, the durability doesn't seem as great.
