Keeps Remotes Away From Children
These are pretty nice little devices to keep curious fingers from screwing up your projector settings via the IR remote. We install these in conference rooms to allow only the needed functions for operating projectors, especially if Engineers are in the building.Buttons are configurable and trim is available in at least two colors. Button back-lighting is available in a few different colors. Very easy to program. Wish that RS-232 programming was done automatically by inputting the IR Remote signals though, instead of that being a separate programming necessity.We've never had one lose it's program memory yet, even from power outages; although re-programming it in the wall is easy to do.
