Looks like quality
My husband loves it. It is well made and sturdy, even after he assembled it out of the box. It seems versatile

Great workout
Watching the video, one can’t help but admire the versatility of this item. One has to watch Jon Hinds’ video to appreciate the range of exercises one can do with it. I’m starting kinda slow with it: 86 years old; low back problem (spondylolisthesis); after about 3 months hiatus from exercise.

Love this thing
. Assembly was not burdensome. Wants together is very stable for itself, considering what it's used for. I've had one of these in the past and had to leave it in the other country instead of transporting it by playing here to the US. Highly Recommended for its versatility

Fun difficulty jump
I bought this because I was doing standing ab rollers and got to the point where I could do a decent amount. I didn't want to do more and wanted to see if I could find something harder. To give you a reference for the difficulty increase, its probably about at least twice as hard as normal ab rollers. Pros: - Easy to put together ( I put this together in 5 or 10 minutes. Centering the foot pads is annoying though) - Solid quality ( I toss this thing on the ground somewhere after sets because I hate looking at it by then) Reasons you should not get this: - You have very large feet (they might not fit or you might scrape the ground with your feet.) You can get around this by putting the straps closer to your forefoot. - You want to do normal ab rollers. Just get a normal one. It's lower and provides better stimulus. My opinion though. If you just want more options, this is fine but I don't think it would feel as stable, Things that could have been improved - Better locking mechanism around the foot - Adjustable wheel size/height for people with bigger feet - Dunno how they would have done this though

This is a repeat purchase.
This abwheel has an advantage over the others in that the wheel diameter is quite large in comparison. This makes rolling on say carpeted surfaces easier.

Major design, flaw, however, provides other ab exercise options.. high price for those options
Does the job but serious design flaw especially when wheel is used for a rollout. The area where you place your hands has such a small diameter. I cannot imagine how uncomfortable this is for individuals particularly males with large hands. The diameter is. Half inch! They couldn’t cough up a few more pennies to make the diameter reasonable for an adult to put all their weight via their hands on a handlebar that is comfortable and safe?

Mothers day gift.
Received this for Mother's day. Now I have abs of steel! (Look out Gal!) My son also uses it, we had competitions over the summer for who could do the most roll outs. Now he has the abs of a 14 year old Thor.

Best ever
Best ab wheel yet. Very smooth action. The foot straps could be a little for us big footed people. But it works perfect either way

La grosseur fait tout la difference d'une petite roulette. Mais faut savoir comment bien l'utiliser. Elle est plus fonctionnel et plus d'option de travail. Qualité Gym

We take this with us to the gym or work with it at home .It’s a great product and works perfect for what it was intended. 100% recommended this product

I use this at home for core workouts and hamstring rolls and find it does the job but is very wobbly having only the one narrow wheel. It's rather awkward to use and I could see beginners struggling more to maintain balance than focusing on strengthening the muscles they're trying to target. I would not buy again but would choose a wider or double wheel option. I do like that it is multi function, not just for abs.

Someone put that the wheel is too big. It is actually the perfect size. It makes you have to use your core strength as the center of gravity on the wheel is higher. There are 11 exercises to do. It is something that should be watched as form is the key for any exercise. There are quite a few youtube videos on demonstrating the exercises. Would have liked if they put pictures or a chart for all of them with all the key points to remember. This is a challenge to use. It may look simple but it is far from that. I have only done 3 of the exercises so far. The ab crunch one it is tough to get to 10 let alone trying to roll out far enough. I thought I had a pretty strong core, this is a compound exercise working lots of muscles at the same time differently trying to keep yourself stable. Have done push ups it it on my feet. It does bring a challenge to it. With weights and dumbbell had to find from the closing of the gyms yet again. this is a good option to choose as it is very challenging. I wish the bar to hang on to was a bit thicker. Not that is is weak, but it is a lot smaller than a dumbbell handle. Overall it was a good choice to get. It is a bit pricey for what you are getting. I could see $50, but the $80 is a bit of an overcharge.
