Lubes good and helps with cleaning
It's good, in the sense that you get a bottle of silicone-based lubricant and an applicator that sprays the lube half-way under the belt so you will cover all if you apply it from both sides. The instructions are brief but to the point and easy to follow. The other bottle is a cleansing solution to spray and clean everywhere except for under the belt. It works but the bottle was leaky and the nozzle doesn't aim straight. I ended up with a significant amount of fluid on my fingers but it cleans alright.Overall, I don't know if this is 'best value'. There's nothing ProForm specific here. I didn't look much around but the lube applicator is a good thing to have and the cleaning juice is not bad either. So, it's Okay.

Lack of Labels or Supplier ID
I haven't used the Lubricant yet, so I can't attest its effectiveness.BUT, for a product that is priced more than $13.00, one would expect labels on the box or bag, on each of the two bottles, a Lubricant & a Cleaner. There is no label on either bottle, so you have to know which is which. If you accidentally grabbed the Cleaner & used it, while thinking it's the Lubricant, you have just ruined your treadmill (according to the instructions on one small card, which also doesn't have any supplier info). How much can it cost to make it easier for the consumer to know what he got? There is nothing on the bottles or the instruction card that identifies the supplier's name or contact info. Does the supplier want to know any problems whatsoever, once the product is shipped?Lubricant contains chemicals. One would think there is an OSHA regulation for labels???

Works great
My treadmill was slipping, the track was leaning towards the right, and was making a lot of noise. I bought it a few years back and didn't really know about the maintenance involved with owning a treadmill, until the problems started of course. Anyway, a lot of internet research led me to diagnose and to correct all the problems (i.e. adjusting the tension of the track). The last step was to re-lubricate/keep it lubricated. I bought the lube kit based on other people's reviews about its ease of use and I chose this over the sprays and other types of silicone because I've read they dry out sooner. Let's just say that my treadmill was a mess and now works as good as new, and the best part was that all it cost me was the small price of the Treadmill Lube Kit!

Should be " Some Value! " NOT best value!
Below is the description and [what I think about this]12 Applications Of High Performance Treadmill Lubricant [that is, if you use a drop or two - you cannot get 12 "NORMAL" applications]Treadmill Console/Belt CLEANER [best part - That Big bottle, it's nothing but a Windex smelling cleaner - Useless! Small one is lubricant)Plastic Lube Applicator [this is of some use as I was able to squirt the lubricant into the belt mid-sections]Easy To Use Instructions [ok, not needed but some might find it useful]Storage Bag [what? a clear plastic bag? wow!]I gave 2 stars because I used the product and it does work as a "treadmill lubricant" and that "plastic applicator" or squirting thingy was useful to squirt the lubricant around.I feel it is not best value because it is misleading to indicate you can get 12 applications. For example, the Horizon Fitness Silicone Lubricant says 3 applications! And check out the size of those bottles. That's more like it. You'll need a good decent amount to get the belt lubricated. Not a drop here or there.(http://www.amazon.com/Horizon-Fitness-Silicone-Treadmill-Lubricant/dp/B003VC6HII/ref=sr_1_2?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1390542717&sr=1-2&keywords=treadmill+lubricant)

treadmill lube kit
We use are treadmill frequently and noticed that it started to produce a squeaking sound. After adjusting the tightness of the belt the squeaking sound still existed. We decided to try lubing the belt. Purchased this product and applied to the bottom of the belt. Squeaking sound has ceased for now. Product is very easy to apply and works as advertised.

works and I like the plastic lube applicator
I've tried couple of different types of treadmill lubes before, but I think I like this the best. The lube liquid itself I suppose are all about the same, but for me ease of applying was a big factor. It has this plastic lube applicator which I thought was a very good idea though I wish it was little longer, but still very good.It comes with cleaner spray, but I doubt I will use it. I wish they include more of lube than include the cleaner.I will definitely buy more of this for next times.

Treadmill therapy
The absolute best price on Amazon for any of the treadmill lubricants. The aerosol lubes end up being a much lighter weight silicone than is required for optimal use in reducing belt friction which causes wear and tear. This also comes with the long tip applicator, which none of the others do. It is recommended that you lubricate your belt every 40-50 hours to extend the life of your treadmill. At this price, it's a much more affordable option for necessary maintenance and care.

This did fix my Treadmill
I thought this was good fix for my treadmill. I bet I had some lube around the house that would of worked but was worried to try it. A little high for the amount of lube you get. But it did the job.
