USB functions (play / record) do not work with any USB, even usb that works with mini Suno device. Battery back up is low - practically useless outside. No response after contacting even within return window. Bad.UPDATE1: Amazon Customer Care rejected entertaining me even after contacting within return windows as stated above. TOTAL WASTE ON MONEY ON THIS. Escalating to few very sernior levels in Amazon. Not interested in replacement or refund, but Amazon customer care shouldn't misguide old customers and should not take them for granted. Planning to escalate at very senior level in Amazon on personal network basis.UPDATE2: No service center number is active. Trying to reach Acoosta for several days for product service/ repairs, but the customer care numbers seems disfunctional.

Product delivered on time so delivery is nice.Pros:1. Good Look2. Voice Recording3. Sound quality is good if you like more bass4. Play smoothly without any issues5. you can get all type of songs in one system6. Bluetooth connectivity is available8. songs can be recorded on the pen drive using karaoke. the quality of the recording is nice.Cons:1. No Sound mode to adjust different moods/settings2. Most of the songs especially old songs are not famous or hit and most of them are boring3. They claim there are 14000 songs but it doesn't seem to be true. as every album has 20 - 50 songs max and that too many of them repeated same song in a different album4. Auxilary cable is just for the namesake. length is very small. yo will definitely need to buy a new one.5. Many FM radio station doesn't catch like 98.3 and you need to adjust FM Antena wire or take the device in the balcony.6. There is no option to store FM station, extremely difficult to understand how to set radio station permanently7. Manual is very short and limited information.8. remote control is not that good we need to press the button really hard and also record option is not on the device so if you lose the remote control or it stopped working you will not be able to use recording feature at all.9. I purchased the product in October 2019 and still the playlist is till 2017. no update on songs10. it cannot be connected to internet to upgrade the song list or software etc.11. if you are a lover of old Hindi songs do not buy at all. you will definitely regret.12. overall what you get is the 2017 device in 2019 which is not upgradable in any mean.I also ordered Caravan for my parent's so small comparison on both the devices.1. no recording in the caravan2. The sound quality of acoosta is far better and superior then caarvan3. The song list is displayed in caravan iPhone /android app and you can check all songs available in your device.4. The very transparent system you can check and compare each song in devices and apps and play songs through the app in Carvana.5. In Carvan you will get almost all hit and melodious songs.6. music mode is available in the caravan.7. Device quality is far better in acoosta and simple easy to operate in caravan.8. There are plenty of FM stations available in caravan and which can be sync through your wifi and easily catch all stations and very easy to set each station.rest all features more the less is the same.In comparison, Caravan is far better than Acosta if a person is looking for Indian songs especially old and regional songs you can also get app control in Caravan from which you can play all 5000 songs.Acoosta in nice build and awesome sound quality but heavily dependendenf on remote if lost or not available then all features cannot useIn Acosta, it was mentioned at many places that they provide the free mic along with device however mic is not available in the package and you need to pay extra 1000 rs for it.

This is a product everyone dreams offff it is the best product though the price is bit high but worth ittt looks- good, sound - perfect my house fills in the vol of 20 wow and I haven't tried the full sound yet, size- good for keeping it in your house but yaah if ur going to picnic u can carry this it is big but not that heavy, battery I haven't tested yet because I am writing this just after it arrived so I gave it a star less in case, bass - awesome, in love with the inbuilt music's Bluetooth good inbuilt music has both international and Bollywood and at last everything everything about this thing is amazing don't think damn it just go for this thing click th place order. I listen can sit and listen all day long sorry but I can't stop writing.

Average product ...even for 6k it's expensive don't know how it was sold for 12k earlier...the songs added r not the Top songs of the artists as I guess buying a copy right was expensive as for eg Lata Mangeshkar the songs listed are not her best they are her songs which r average rated .. similar for other artists the songs collection shall get a minimus rating as it has put me expectations down....rest it's an average product within the price range ....not checked the mic quality as it's not very important at present ....radio antenna does not work very well have to move the speaker near a window to get frequency so again disappointed as radio and in-built songs was my primary requirement which was not catered well.

The media could not be loaded. Look and finish is good. Sound is good but has basic functionality defects. It gets hanged in between and you cannot do anything but to wait for the battery to drain. While using it in karaoke session it got switched off twice. Very embarrassing. Also power off does not work sometimes. There is an option of rebooting the system with holding Home and mic button but it resets everything. Today while using it for karaoke the system just hanged. No idea what to do, no buttons working. Not sure it is just the speaker which I received or it is a general defect with Acoosta Uno. Felt disappointed hence returning.

Bought this product 15 days ago, here is my feedback,1. Product looks awesome and blue backlight key look just fabulous at night when I played it in a dark room.2. Preloaded song collection is very good, will get Elvis Presley to Arijit Singh song all in this product.3. Bluetooth connectivity is just smooth like butter . Did not face any problem till now.4. Sound quality is very good, l love its bass quality, it's very good, am loving it.5.radio sound quality is good, but I would suggest if company add a antenna it would be very good for radio signals, am not getting few radio signals for this.6.better backup is decent only 3 hourOverall it's a very good product and it's worth of money
