Its a pressure cooker and it cooks via pressure. Easy to use to make soups or boil some potatoes or make curry. Its dishwasher safe. If you put it on dishwasher there will be slight discoloration but its fine.

Got this last year, and it didn't last long enough. I started facing water leakage issues 3 months in, I thought maybe it was my recipe so I carefully adjusted the amount of water I was using but the issue continued to persist. Over time the gasket also got stretched and I had to replace it wishing that would fix the leakage issue but no that did nothing. I will recommend new buyers to stray away from this or look at a deeper pan.

Lid very difficult to put on or off. To put on it touches the contents. It’s the shape of the opening. The lid goes inside. Once on it cooks fast. The release valve releases four times a minute but it’s very loud. I got it used so I’m keeping it.
