USE WITH CAUTION!!
I took this 2 x a day for about 3 weeks and did notice a difference in how I feel...definitely improved my mood and made me feel better, HOWEVER, I developed a rash on lower abdomen and was experiencing somewhat severe itching in different areas of my body but didn't know what was causing that. SO, by process of elimination with other supplements I was taking, I figured out that this was the culprit. The 2 days I stopped taking it, the itching went away and as soon as I took it again, the itching came back and even worse. I know that I am a minority but I had NO idea these pills would cause this since I never had this happen before. I give it 3 stars because if I had no allergic reaction, I would continue to take it and buy more but now will be tossing out the few I have left and never take again. Just be very aware of allergic reactions with this, take 1 a day for a while, then go to 2 and pay close attention to your body.

Good Product
Pill size is standard for this type of supplement. Nice add on to a multi vitamin or if you are looking for just a nice little boast of energy and a boast to your mood. I'm not a doctor so i cant contest to the nutritional values but it seams to be working for me. Price seamed fair also. Happy hunting and hope this helps.

Had ingredients that I didn’t like such as maldextrin so I found more organic and natural ones and feel happier

Would definitely recommend this product
