Good product but tampering happened
I ordered this product for the second time because the quality was good. However, when I received the product for second time , half of the chocolate was missing and looked like someone opened the box and ate and then packed the rest in the box and shipped it. After complaint raised, I received a complete refund

Looks spoilt on transport due to improper temperature
It looks spoilt on transport due to not storing at cool temperatures. If this is how product is supposed to appear it should be added to the Product display page images, so that customers understand it is normal.

Dark darker darkest chocolate
Quality of chocolate is unbelievable. Color of chocolate is so dark and taste is perfect like it should be. The chocolate is slightly bitter but it is healthy for us. Loved it!!!!

Very crumbly. Disintegrates into powder on touch.
The chocolate bar was not firm. It was very crumbly and collapsed into powder with the slightest pressure. It was like eating cacao powder most of the time. The taste also had a slightly sour tang to it. Overall not to my liking. Not worth it for the price, looks like marketed hype to me.
