The hard part was finding adapters to supply the hot and cold water lines, so it was pretty easy to install. High quality unit, looks great on my black Blanco sink and Black Galaxy granite counter tops. Meets expectations, but doesn’t exceed any. Over a year and it hasn't suffered any problems, but maybe I don't rotate the neck enough to loosen whatever friction keeps it in place. It would suck to have it auto-center. The reach is quite generous, 20 inches of hose, plus the 6 inches of neck swivel, you can easily reach beyond the sink and fill buckets on the floor if needed.

Gorgeous high quality faucet. I installed one in my home 3 years ago and it still looks and works like new. I bought this one for my daughter's kitchen remodel and she loves it. The polished nickel is beautiful and the height is perfect for our use in a kitchen sink with an opening to the living room right aver it. The last thing I want to look at from my living room is a big, tall industrial looking faucet. This is a medium height, contemporary style.

This is a great faucet. I had the same one in stainless steel for several years, and when I needed a new one, I decived to replace it with the same one, only in a new color.

Bought this faucet in 2020 as part of a major remodel. Finish is beautiful. It was installed in 2021. Have had to replace parts twice. Manufacturer replaced at no charge but I had to pay a plumber for installation. It broke again last week. I’m done with Hansgrohe!

Nice looking high arc faucet. Of course needs regular wiping for water spots, but what brushed stainless look doesn't? A little more splash than I like, but overall a solid faucet with a contemporary look with my black sink. Also- a bit different hot/cold lever position- straight up for hot and pull forward for cold, but you get used to it. Can change to sprayer from single stream with button on sprayer head, but need to turn off the faucet to return to the single stream. I have had faucets in the past where the button will switch it back and forth from stream to spray. I would prefer that, but once again, not such a big deal that I can't get over it. Just more wet hands on the faucet lever though! Something to be aware of- After purchasing on Amazon (around $280), I saw what looked to be the same faucet at Costco for about $75 less from the price I paid. It turns out it is the very same EXCEPT Costco faucet has low flow. So when some people say it doesn't spray strong that is probably why. Some plumbers might be able to remove the low flow ring thing for you. But the one I got on Amazon, was the regular flow (2.2 or something like that).

We have had the faucet for a couple of years. It works well and the spray nozzle size is perfect for washing. Too often the spray nozzle size is too small causing the water to splash everywhere. The product is very well made and I will use Hansgrohe for all of my other faucet replacement needs.

I just love this faucet. Its the best one I've ever had. Has modular parts so if you have to replace something its easy. Tech support is great. They worked on the road in front of the house so we got small black dirt pellets in the faucet. Company walked me through taking the sprayer apart and cleaning it. A snap. I'm going to get a smaller one for our prep sink. Sprayer works great.

We purchased 2 of these faucets for our kitchen renovation based on a long history of quality from HansGrohe. The finish is good and installation is standard but the water aerator is poor and the primary reason I cannot recommend this product. Water will splash rather than diffuse when it hits a surface (plate, utensil, etc) leaving constant water on the counter around the sink. Note this problem exists on both the kitchen and bar sink we purchased which suggests there's a problem with the product/design and not a random issue. My cheap laundry sink performs better than this product and HansGrohe customer service stopped returning my email when I shared my dissatisfaction. Do yourself a favor and make a smart purchasing decision by choosing another manufacturer which respects their customers
