I don't know what is meant by LF 20. If by LF, you mean lens filter, then yes. The box says they are Thermoscan PC 20, but that may just mean there are 20 in each little box. They are for use with Braun Thermoscan PRO 3000 and PRO 4000 Series. Hope that helps.
