Good product for simple home use
Easy to use product. It heats up quickly and work as expected. Please make sure to read the instructions before using it.I made a few wireframe toys using this one. Came out better than I expected. Please bear in mind that the output is only as good as the steadiness of your hand.The quality of the plastic that came with the device (the plastic feed) is of good quality. This also makes a difference to the end output.Overall a good product. Recommended for hobby purposes.

Great product to bring out Kids creativity
Product is easy to use, gifted to my daughter for her birthday. Excellent and sturdy, she is using it close to an year. No issues seen so far. Thanks to Hoteon seller.

Stopped working after a month of usage--Updated review-repaired under warranty now
Product is good, kids had lot's of fun with it but all of a sudden it stopped working now. Instead of the RED light, only purpleish/bluish light comes on but nothing happens upon pressing the buttons. Hope warranty support works, else it would be a waste of moneyUpdate 20-Dec-2021: After complaining to the dealer, they agreed to fix it as part of the warranty. Initially I was asked to take care of the shipment myself, but later they agreed to bear that cost too. Thanks for the good support!

Good buy for teenage kids who are interested in art and innovative
An excellent gift . I got it for my neice and she loves it. Easy to use. My neice immediately started creating 3d stuff out of this pen. Definitely a good but and value for money

Zero Stars: Item received "dead on arrival"
The item was received 'dead on arrival'. There is no power adapter supplied with the item and you have to find an adapter of 5V DC / 2A rating only. No other adapter will work as per Tech Support team. But, even after using the adapter of correct rating, the pen didn't work. Utter disappointment I hate returning the items faulty as it takes away the whole excitement of buying a gift for someone. But, no choice.

Good for artists 3D drawing pen
Kids upto 7 yrs of age cannot use independently...need supervision...works well and give good results of arts..creative users and artists can get best results and will be helpful to them..It is not advisable for kids arts .

Very nice product and excellent quality and the hoteon sellers are very helpful and they(seller) are ready to replace the product and accessories if anything happened to 3D pen after using this 3D pen after month's also.
