This item was purchased well in advance as part of my grandson's Xmas present, once purchased the seller provided a return deadline of 12th December which was two weeks before my grandson was even going to open his present. Immediately on opening the toy it was clear there was a problem with the plastic stud which the head pieces were meant to attach to, the stud had snapped and therefore made it impossible for the head pieces to be secured to the body. Despite receiving an immediate reply to my first communication in which the seller offered to replace the faulty item , my subsequent email confirming the problem couldn't be fixed has been met with a stony wall of silence.

All joints broke off first time of moving. Have sent back for return but still nothing a month later.

My grandson loved his present and gets hours of play from it.
