Good flavors and easy to prepare. I switch around vinegars, but cider and brown rice are in heavy rotation. Also, I substitute a tablespoon or two of mayo for part of the oil. That emulsifies the oil and water components so they don't separate as quickly. It also makes the mix more viscous, so it clings to the salad better. I've ordered this a number of times. I use it as an Italian spice packet for spaghetti in addition to being a salad dressing. It is also delicious on green beans.

I've been using the Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing envelopes of the mix ever since I was a little boy! This is the same salad dressing that my mother would always put on our salads for dinner. It tastes just as good now as it did then and I hope they keep making this without changing their ingredients or flavor! It seems that a lot of companies change the recipe of a legacy product that completely ruins the taste, for whatever reason, it just goes downhill and is terrible. excellent flavor

A whopping 50 years ago, I was given one of these sets, a bottle and set of powders to make Italian dressing. It have remained a standby and I hope will still be around another 50 years. It is perfect for a novice or expert and Good Seasonings sells other types of dressing for this same container. Some things need never change!

I prefer the regular Italian Dressing rather than the Zesty, but that's just me since I'm used to the regular.
