BEDRUG adds comfort
This is a limited use review since the BEDRUG is being used inside a truck-bed cap. How it waistbands the elements is therefore not tested. But, particularly inside a cap, truck-bed abuse to knees would be an obvious review item. Comfort is the best description. It’s probable a person would need no additional padding if sleeping on the BEDRUG. Crawling around inside a cap feels better than being on a rug at home. The surface knap is short. I doesn’t hold onto dirt, leaves, pine needles, etc.; meaning these vacuum off with relative ease. The other BEDRUG benefit is temperature. Cold steel under hand or knees is gone. BEDRUG BMQ15SCS Bed Liner Sold by Overstock Auto and Fulfilled by Amazon was purchase 10/2016 for use in a 2016 Ford short bed (5’ 6”). Appreciate the result. Fits the floor dimensions well. Shipped rolled up wide enough it took only a short while for the BEDRUG foam backing material to relax and lay flat. For use without a cap, Velcro was provided to prevent air flow from lifting it with an empty bed. What’s left is putting a knee on the tailgate. Solution; an even more versatile use product. BEDRUG BR2X4MH Havoc Offroad Track Mat Ships from and sold by Overstock Auto; available via Amazon Bedrug BR2X4MH Havoc Offroad Track Mat. Keep it just inside the cap and put it on the tailgate when needed. You’re good to go. Use it on the ground when getting under whatever (truck, etc.). It creates a comfortable change. Soft under your back and no ground temperature chilled body, head, etc. Lite in hand, fast to deploy, it might see more use than you would think; in a garage or on a job. Kneeling on it to do work is as comfortable as the BEDRUG. Sitting on it instead of bare whatever keeps the bottom end temperature and padded comfortable. Use it indoors or out. Just be aware the strictly foam side is susceptible to damage from pointed objects. Came branded Havoc, but it’s BEDRUG.

2024 Raptor R - Bed Rug (Tailgate and Bed)
Perfect fit on my 2024 Raptor R.This is a great product specially if you are loading things you don’t want to scratch, if you like to shoot from the bed of your truck or if you have kids that jumps on the bed of the truck like it’s a bounce house.I also bought the bed gate cover. It’s awesome. When installing my advice is stick the Velcro to the bedrug first, dont peal it. Use alcohol to clean the surface where the double sided tape from the Velcro will stick on the truck bed.The little packet to help adhesion is small so gentle use only where the double sided tape will go. No need for more than what they give you. People here were complaining but honestly it’s fine. Use common sense and you will be ok.Once it dries for 30secs or so folds it up one side towards you and start pealing the double sided tape from the Velcro on one side. Put it down and use your fist to tap back and forth to help the tape grip the bed you your truck, specially if you have a spray on bed like I do.Repeat on the other side and you are good to go. If you buy theTailgate cover - this one fits in between the grooves kind of the corners of the tailgate have a flatter surface so it’s fine. Regardless use the process mentioned above for the larger bedrug. Make sure you tap with your fist well on the horizontal edge too and bottom since the Velcro will sit sometimes between gaps. All and all rock solid and highly recommended.

Love the material, and easy to install
These are a little expensive for what appears to be a piece of foam, but it is precision laser cut, and there's nothing else like it on the market. I was able to slap this down in less than an hour, just needed to thoroughly clean out the bed and line up the adhesion strips. When I first put it down the corners near the tailgate kind of sat up a bit, but they seem to have settled over time. Here's why I went with this version of the bedrug. If you get the full bedrug for the sides and tailgate, you're going to need to take stuff off the truck if you want it done right. That's a lot of work, and if you're doing all that work then you're probably going to want to protect it. So now you're talking about getting a tonneau cover as well. I won't get into it too much, but from my research, there's no perfect tonneau. You either lose bedspace or window view, and getting one that's waterproof seems pretty rare. At the end of the day, it just easier to not have a tonneau. I also don't want a spray in liner. I've had them in trucks before, and they're great for hauling heavy duty stuff, but I've found the majority of the material I put into the bed needs to be treated with some care. I'm looking to haul payloads from Costco, not the rock quarry. That leaves rubber mats as an option. I could go that route too, but really the bedrug lets you slide things in the bed, but also keeps them from sliding. I find it's just the right amount of friction.

Knee Saver !!
I ordered this to protect my knees and cover the scratches on my truck bed. It arrived rolled up so I laid it out on the cement in the sun in about 70 degree weather. In about an hour is was basically flat. It is made to fill in between the ridges in the truck bed. It is about an inch thick and is made of a stiff foamed plastic topped with what feels like very short nap outdoor carpet. It fits well but not perfectly tight instead there is a fairly uniform 0.5 inch gap. I think it is fine that way. It was very easy to install. You end up with about 3/8 inch minimum padding everywhere. It feels like a carpeted floor under your knees! I think it will hold up and be easy to clean. My only concern is the exposed edge facing out that may be damaged. I intend to make cap or something to protect that area. The very outer edges of the truck bed do not have the same ridge pattern so the very edge of the bed mat curve slightly up. I don't think that will cause any trouble just being complete. Overall A+.

So far I like it
So far I like it. But, it did not come with instructions for installation so took a star away. I did find online and it is easy but wasn't on their website?
